How did you get here, anyway?
It’s most common that we find ourselves seeking answers and new ways of being when something finally snaps and we can no longer pretend that we are unaware of our curiosities and passions. You know – that voice or feeling that you have always been aware of, but you trained yourself to push ahead, ignoring yourself because, “that’s just silly” or “that’s weird”.
Well, the things we find weird, strange or “silly” are often mislabeled due to fear and lack of understanding. But the key here is that what you may not understand isn’t your life; what you're trying to understand is you.
When you start with sessions or classes, regardless of what led you there (insert your story), you open a door. You begin to reveal layers of old stories, wounds and blocks. You go through a process of acknowledging what you have been carrying around, for many years, and how these energies have been influencing your behaviors, beliefs and overall life experience.
Once those energies have been transformed, you may have a rush of excitement, feeling free and more aware…feeling light! And then life creeps back in because…
